March 24, 2020 – Covid-19 Announcement
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and to endure the health of our customers, employees, vendors and community we have implemented procedures to meet the mandates by our state and local officials.
We have initiated proactive distancing for those at our location and will include the best practices of good hygiene and frequent disinfecting by our team. In addition we also implement the following;
- We have suspended all non-essential travel by our team to customer’s sites.
- We have also suspended all non-essential access to our business and are asking our customers who need services to call 931-473-5312 and see if we can take care of your needs over the phone and through delivery methods to your locations first.
- We have put in place a process for customers who must come to our location for service. We asked our customers to please contact us first to let us know what your needs are so we can plan appropriately for your arrival.
- We will still be answering telephone calls during normal business hours and making every effort to respond to your sales and service needs maintaining the continuity and service levels you are accustomed to with Communications Evolutions.
We are hopeful that these measures will be successful in helping us manage the pandemic. We felt it important to let our customers and suppliers know that we are taking this action in an effort to do our part as a good corporate citizen for our community.
Lastly, we ask for your kind patience. This is an unprecedented situation and is impacting all of us and the entire world. We are in this with you, and will make every effort to minimize negative impacts, and we will communicate delays when or if they may occur. We can’t be successful without the success of our customers and suppliers. As we move forward, we will do what is in the best interest of all involved to keep everyone safe and supported.
